I don't ever use the same password twice. I don't even know most of my passwords.
How is that possible?
For starters, they aren't in a spreadsheet that's in a password-protected Zip file.
I use Passward.
Passward's only drawback sare that it's not free (that's a joke Mr. Ward), it only runs on Windows, some of its features don't run on Firefox, and I can't plug the Passward into my skull to retrieve passwords. Aside from that, I love it. You can even store your credit cards with contact phone numbers and other notes that you would like to keep secret.
Double click on a line item in Password and it will run IE for you and log into the site automatically.
Note: you don't need the USB dongle to use the software although I use one.
I can't say enough good things about Passward. I hope you buy it. It will change your life.
